Anyone else order from Geprc.com?

I was wondering if anyone else has ordered directly from Geprc.com to be shipped to the U.S. (Illinois). I placed an order on March 17th only received an email confirming my order. I haven't received a shipping confirmation or any other update. I put in a support ticket 2 days ago inquiring about my order and still haven't received a response. Has anyone experienced delays with their order from them? If so, how long did it take to receive your order or an email update?
