I live in SE Asia and I bought a Xiaomi Fimi XE2020 from Lazada.com. It seemed defective from the start. It was hard to get the controller to turn on and connect. Then I couldn't get the drone itself to turn off. I had to take out the battery to get it to turn off to calibrate the controller. On its maiden voyage, I calibrated the compass at the site. However, within seconds I put it on auto-return, it began flying back but disconnected from the controller and it flew away; it wasn't that windy.
I'm planning on disputing the purchase on my card to try to get a refund but I'm an honest person so want to know if it was user error or a defective drone.
