Heyo! Just a couple questions about Canada aviation laws/enforcement.

I've recently been thinking about buying a DJI FPV drone, since it offers a good combination of camera quality, speed, and idiot proofing. I am pretty familiar with the laws surrounding >250g drones, and I know that it requires me to obtain a certificate from transport Canada.

If I fly one of these drones without a certificate/registering the drone, would anyone care? Like what is the max fine if I do get caught and is this rule really enforced? If I just buy the DJI FPV without a certificate/registration, would I get in trouble with transport Canada?
