I fucked up... pressed "Reset Settings" on BetaFlight and now the drone doesn't even connect :(

This is the drone/whoop I bought:

I made them bind and flew the drone just once. I don't know what I was thinking doing the Reset and now apparently deleting all configuration for good... but I'm new to this and an idiot. It's not as plug and play as I thought.

Any advice or guides I can follow to get my drone connected and flying again?
