Just bought the Gladius mini underwater drone and I’m looking for advice on how to set it up

I’m trying to charge the controller, it’s been 2 hours now and it still shows the red light. I’m not sure if I should wait a bit longer or if there’s a serious problem with the controller that’s preventing it from charging. Also, I’m having trouble connecting the drone to my WiFi. It keeps on showing weak WPA/no internet connection. I’m assuming this has to do something with the controller, but I’m not entirely sure. Can anyone who has experience with this drone give me some advice on how I could fix this? Thank you!
