Best Drone for Capturing overhead Aerial Imagery to use in Mapping?

Hi everyone, I’m a grad student looking to study wildlife corridors (specifically species that rely on riparian habitat). Part of my project will involve using a UAV to capture overhead aerial imagery on which to train a land classification model.

Does anyone have any recommendations for low-cost drones that will allow me to capture high-res overhead images? Or will any decent drone be able to do this?
