Urgent need for #Myanmar

First Question : Any Recommendation for Flight Controller and SBC-Single Board Computer as Flight Computer for building Semi/Fully Autonomous Drone/Flying Wing.

I got there types of SBC - Rpi 3 Model B (2017 Ver) and Jetson Nano (Old Model which can only run Py 2.0).Any Idea that these 2 can deal with DL and Computer Vision ?

Under $1000 budget is fine.

2nd Question : What Types of Brushless Motors, Flight Controllers and Flight Computers required to carry a load of 10 kg to 20 kg.
