Can I use a FPV Camera to record video without a VTx ?

Hi, I'm new to drones and all related stuff. I thought of buying a quadcopter and then installing a FPV camera on it to record the footage, but I don't want to view the live footage while flying it, I just want to record a video and then view it later on my PC, I tried googling this but all tutorials were using a VTx to connect the camera.

If this is possible then please help me
