Drone got stuck in a tree about 35 feet high, surrounded by branches, next to the highway, on a tree that's at a 75 degree slope of a hill. Need advice on how to get it out.

Yesterday night, I was flying my drone for only the fourth time since buying it, and as the title mentions, I managed to get it stuck in a tree that's about 35 feet high, surrounded by branches, next to the highway, on a tree that's at a 75 degree slope of a hill. I have gone right up next to the tree and used a 20 foot pole, but it is so wobbly that it is very hard to control, and it doesn't reach either. Would need at least a 30 foot pole, but a 20 footer is already very unsteady. Can't imagine a 30 foot pole.

If the drone ever falls, it's not going to land on the highway. But I know that I can't throw anything like a ball at it, because the ball might roll on the highway due to the nature of the slope. I am getting desperate for I have only had this drone for about 2 months and have only filmed on 4 occasions. I paid $550 for it, and I don't know what else I can do to get it down without potentially asking the fire department.

Anyone have any advice on how I can get it down? it's been 1 day now. It rains in 3 days. I have a Geek Squad protection plan for it, so I don't mind if it breaks, because I can get a refund. I just need to get it down so if it does fall and break, I can show them and return it, because I can't return a product that I don't have on me.

Disclaimer: I didn't actually fly over the highway, but rather, on this new bridge that was just built (where I am taking the picture from). I was doing some shots on the top of the bridge, free of view from the highway below. No cars were there during the time of filming, for it's in an area that doesn't get much traffic (only hotels are nearby). This was in an un-restricted area. I tried to bring my drone home by cutting through the tree line and misjudged how high the drone was, causing it to get stuck on the way back to home.

Purchase and use of parachutes for drones

The new law will allow working in conditions that were previously illegal. One operational scenario that has been most needed is flying drones in urban areas or over crowds of people, and this will be possible with a few requirements. One of them, the one that drives most operators crazy, is that the drone has an impact energy absorption system (airbag or parachute). The problem with this is that AESA has not yet decided on the specifications that these devices will need. Logically, it is about introducing a new element for improvement aviation security in the use of drones, but in this case the indications for use are not very clear. The subject seems delicate and following the rules can be costly. We will comment on the current situation and how DronProfessional.com is handling it A parachute is a good item to minimize damage in case of accidental drops of the drone. They help minimize damage to aircraft, cameras and LiPo batteries. The latter can become dangerous, as they ...
