This might be a strange question, but I have a street light that has been annoying the hell out of me for over a decade. It shines directly over my deck and really messes up an otherwise peaceful evening. They recently change the bulb to an LED so now it’s even more annoying.
I know that if I shine a laser into the photocell it will turn the light off. However that’s not very practical and shining lasers up into the sky isn’t a great idea in terms of passing aircraft.
I’m wondering if it would be feasible to you have a small drone with a small LED light on the bottom of it that I could land on top of the street light and activate the photocell for as long as I want to have the light off while I’m drinking beer by the fire pit with my neighbors.
Am I crazy?
