My neighbor keeps spying on our house with a drone I need help

My parents won't go to the police because they said they won't help and they can't get footage because the cameras are to expensive so how do I get him to stop? He's got some mental issues and could try robbing or murdering us but we don't have proof that he's done anything wrong (idk what flair would be appropriate or if this would be the right subreddit to post in I just need some help)
