Sapnin boys?? Any buying advice would be massively helpful :)

So its my fathers birthday in a couple of weeks, he has mentioned his interest in having a drone. Now, i have no idea what i’m looking at and so i’m a complete new boy to this world. He mainly wants it to take aerial photos of a fishing lake we own (probably will fly it around the trees like he is some stunt plane pilot for a laugh) and to fly it around our property for security purposes. We live in rural Essex and keep having fly tippers and unwelcome wanderers when the sun sets. I’m thinking of spending around £150-200. Ideally i want it to shoot decent enough footage for a nice aerial photo and to capture number plates and potential faces, a return home style feature would be really handy and possibly an adjustable camera angle. What would you all suggest? Am i being realistic with the expected price? Anything i should be aware of? Many thanks Tommy
