This is a photo of a graffiti wall that I took with the Snaptain S5C:

where the colors look very whitewashed compared to the iPhone photo from the same spot in the same light:

With the Snaptain 7100, this is a photo I took of some beach ruins from the sky (note one of the ruins I highlighted with an orange rectangle):

Here is an iPhone photo of the same ruin, showing its colors much better:

Needless to say, the vast majority of drone photos posted here and elsewhere do not look this crummy. What am I doing wrong?
I am saving the photos straight to my phone; I don't have an SD card installed on the drone. However I didn't think that was the problem since:
(1) the Snaptain product description says "Photo Resolution: 4K(3840 x 2160) Stored in TF Card / 1080P (1920 x 1080P) Stored on Mobile Phone". But the photos I'm getting are 3840x2160. So it looks like I'm already getting the maximum-resolution photos anyway.
(2) if the drone were sending "compressed" photos to my phone because of the bandwidth, I would assume that's not going to cause a color shift. So even if I *am* getting the low-res photos, I would assume that the high-res ones would just be more pixels and more shades of grey, not the color tones I'm getting on the iPhone.
Are either of these assumptions wrong, and I'd suddenly get much better photos if I installed an SD card? Or is there some other trick?
Or is this just one of the reasons that people buy the DJI Mini 2 for $450 instead of the Snaptain 7100 for $250 -- the Mini 2 camera captures colors better, even though they are both advertised as "4K"?
