Recent purchase of a Tello Boost Combo. It included 3 batteries and charger. Now, after about 2 weeks, it won’t fly because after inserting any of the batteries, the app displays a message in red “non-official battery” and won’t fly.
I looked RYZE support and found a post from about 2 weeks ago with same problem. RYZE is non-responsive...or slow to respond due to COVID-19.
Firmware is up to date. App is up to date.
There were no changes between when it flew and next day when warning appeared.
Have tried connecting with 2 different smartphones with same results.
Any ideas?
