Thinking of buying a DJI Mini 2 as my first drone but had some questions

Hows maintenance on the mini 2? I'm not familiar with drone maintenance

The batteries, how durable are they? I've been reading about how sensitive they are to being stored while fully charged and it's kind of concerned me that I'll fuck that up somehow

Is the fly more pack worth it or would I as a beginner be fine with just the drone and buying extra stuff later if I need or want them?

I know it can take 4k video but does that also mean it takes 4k pictures?
