I just purchased the Tinyhawk II as my first drone and the 2s batteries are confusing me.
Apparently, when using the included charger you can charge the 2s batteries with just the balance lead plugged in?? What's up with that?
Can I just plug it in to a parallel board with just the balance lead plugged in and charge multiple batteries? Because the 2 wire power cable is a PH2 and the power plug on boards is usually an XT.
All other 2s batteries I have seen have an xt30 connector and a balance plug.
Does that mean that I would need to use the power AND the balance lead on a parallel charging board, just like any other battery? In which case I would either need to make an adapter for the power to the board or replace the connectors with xt30s on the batteries and the quad.
Why can the emax charger charge 2s batteries with only the balance lead and the power port not plugged in? Is it really a balance lead if you can charge the battery with it? Is it different somehow?
Thanks!
