Air 2s with fly more worth the extra $300?

Going to get either an Air 2 or Air 2s, probably with the fly more kit. If it was just Air 2 vs Air 2s, the $200 would probably be worth it. But I will probably be buying extra batteries and accessories. They're charging another $111 for the same fly more kit ($988 vs $1299), so a $311 difference is harder to swallow.

Do you guys think the upgrades for the Air 2s (mostly camera obviously) are worth the extra $322 or would I be just as happy with the Air 2, which is kind of a killer deal in comparison.

I've never really done any significant video editing, but I do edit photos through lightroom, and it looks like editing videos through premier is kind of similar, so I might benefit from having the extra data from the Air 2s video. But the air 2 makes great videos anyway, too, so I'd probably be okay with that.

A third option, I suppose, is just to buy the Air 2s body then buy accessories piecemeal. Extra battery or two is most of what I need. Not sure I'll even use the ND filters, and you can get a nice/bag case for like $30.
