betaflight settings for new acro pilot?

hi i have been training in liftoff fpv and recently buld my first ever drone. before i go out and see it fly up in the sky with 1% power i want to know if there is any way i can put down the [T] so its less sensetive. I just really dont want my first ever drone to be detroyed now when i used 5 days cleaning it and assenbling it. Its all new that is in it and it is solderd good. Im 13 years old my dad bouth the parts but he has not trained in the sim like i do. He has nor tryed to set up a drone in betaflight so i just want to make shure it dosent just flip out
