Drone attacked by a bird

I recently got a DJI mini 2 and love it so far. Yesterday, I went to the park near a river and flew it for a bit. When taking it home, a raven/crow (never knew the difference between the two) started attacking my drone. It looked like it was trying to scare it by flying really close by and almost hitting it with its claws. I took it home the faster I could before the bird hit the propellers.

It scared me a little and I don't want to hurt a bird with the propellers. Is it something common? Should I look out for big birds in the area before flying somewhere?
