Well I guess it was a miracle I avoided it this long. My M2P went into RTH and ditched in the canopy approx 80-90ft up. This is my property but getting the chainsaw out just means I kill a nice tree and probably destroy the drone, plus it's so dense it will just get stuck in another tree on the way down. I have a grappling hook but no way I can get it that high to bounce the branch. Are there any drone recovery specialists in the Piedmont, VA area? I am guessing a bigger bird with a hook could get it from above but not sure. Looking in to my insurance coverage now. [link] [comments] |
