First drone: for time lapse of project

Hello. I was looking between 3 drone options

Goolsky SG907
SJRC F11
DJI Mini

I have found videos comparing the DJI to the other 2 and in terms of video quality during flight the DJI wins, but is twice the price of the other 2. This would be my time purchasing and operating a drone - so I accept there is a good chance I will trash the drone at some point.

My excuse for getting a drone is we want to record the time-lapse of a project on our own private property. I've looked at the other DJI options and see the mini is the cheapest. Is there another popular option that is less than the DJI mini? But takes better video (I would describe the issue as motion blur on the cheaper two drones) than the two cheaper drones?
