I'm new to 'droning,' but a long time photographer/cinematographer. I'd like to understand "best practices" for determining exposure settings. In my case, with a DJI Mini 2, it will be with neutral density filters. I'll be keeping the ISO as low as possible, shooting at 24fps, and 1/50 second (i.e. "180 degree rule).
So, how best to measure the light levels when 'droning?' I'll experiment, of course, but have thought that, perhaps, taking an incident reading off the sky might work well.
Guidance would be appreciated.
