Hey all so like the title says I'm looking to start in fpv and want some advice on my first drone build. I want to go 3 inch class racing/cinewhoop here's the parts I'm looking at so far
HGLRC sector 150 frame
HGLRC Zeus AIO FC/ESC
Beta FPV lite radio 2 se
I need some good suggestions for motors and props. The Rush Tank vtx seems to be very popular does it live up to the hype? I want a camera that's not gonna look like crap through the goggles but probably can't afford an HD setup. Decent receiver to match my transmitter I've seen the FR Sky XM+ mentioned a few times? For goggles I'd like a pair of affordable slim style goggles I'm not willing to spend $400 on a pair of fat sharks DVR is a nice to have but not a necessity. Then the last thing is batteries.
Asfaras setting up a brand new built from the ground up drone goes is it fairly simple? Can you set up beginner modes via software? (Return to level, bank limits, etc.) Do I absolutely 100% HAVE TO get my ham radio license? ( I'm US based(Indiana))
Thanks in advance!!!!!
