Original mini in combo or basic mini 2

Hi, we will be starting with drones mainly for vacations, cool air shots, etc.

By reading through the Buying advice here, I pretty much decided to get either the mavic mini 1 or 2.

I know the 2 is better, the issue here is the price. At least in my country right now, basic mini 1 (just drone, controller) costs half the price of mini 2 in combo, more or less. I decided that I am not going to spend that much money to get the mini 2 in combo, but the difference between mini 1 in combo and basic 2 is the issue.

So, do I buy the combo original, or do I do the second one, just one battery and case for the drone from AliExpress, etc? Do I really need the extra batteries when we will likely never fly for 30 minutes and when I would be able to charge it from powerbank in my backpack?

I know someone here already said that combo's are very much worth it, but keep in mind - very first drone, If we like it, we might buy some higher end later.

Also would like to hear from someone who bought the basic packages and is satisfied with them.
