Potensic Dreamer Pro serial number?

Howdy everyone! New drone owner here, and proud owner of the Potensic Dreamer Pro because Amazon had a nice deal. I’m trying to get it registered with the FAA via the FAAdronezone site, but when I go to put in the serial number it says ‘enter the serial number on your Remote ID equipped device’.

I’ve tried the serial number and the FCC ID but it gives me the same message. What am I doing wrong?
