Recently I decided to build my own drone from scratch. Its mass 125g. I used this website to choose propellers and motors based on body size. https://oscarliang.com/quadcopter-motor-propeller/ Also I am planning to use 4S LiPo battery I decided to use individual ESC for each motor. As I understand, I need ESC to work in 14.8-25.2V range and 35A. Here is what I am going to use https://www.banggood.com/FMS-Predator-40A-Brushless-ESC-With-3A-Switch-BEC-T-XT60-Plug-for-ZOHD-Volantex-Airplane-p-1105060.html?cur_warehouse=CN&ID=512584519373&rmmds=search Speaking of battery. As I understand my motors need 35*4 = 140A. I am going to use https://www.banggood.com/ZOP-Power-14_8V-5000mAh-60C-4S-Lipo-Battery-XT60-Plug-for-RC-Racing-Drone-p-1170983.html?cur_warehouse=CN&rmmds=search 5000mAh * 60c = 300A. It is more than enough. Does it make sense so far? I haven't decided on FC and propeller's pitch. Could you please share any information what logic I need to follow choosing propeller's pitch and flight controller?. Any ideas, examples, books, anything would be highly appreciated.
