I'm wanting to get into quads, and I need some advice of how to start

I was given some cobra motors. They go with 12inch probs and draw less than 30 amps. I also have a run cam hybrid, and a fly sky controller.

I am wondering how to start looking for flight controllers, I want one that can keep the drone in a hover, and will support fpv. I also don't know much about how to fabricate a quad, so if there are any good places to look, i'd like to know.
