Land Surveying and Job Site photos/videos?

Hi yall I was wondering what a good drone would be for use at a jobsite (construction/contracting) for photo and video. Our budget is $1,000, any help would be appreciated! We also would like to find a good cheap practice drone to get first so we can get a handle of flying one before using our main drone for jobs.
